Return & Refund Policy

At Photos Delivered, we want you to love your prints. Every order is printed with care, and because all products are custom-made from your uploaded photos, our return policy is a little different than a traditional retail store.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

If the issue was caused by us or by shipping damage, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Custom Photo Products

Because every print is custom-made using your uploaded images, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Cropping preferences

  • Low-resolution photos provided by the customer

  • Color differences between screens and printed products

  • Minor variations in brightness or print appearance

We do our best to print your photos exactly as submitted and to crop images in a way that preserves the most important parts of the photo.

Photo Quality Disclaimer

Please note that some photos may appear lower quality when enlarged if the original image is small, blurry, heavily compressed, or low resolution. If we believe a photo may not print well, we may contact you before processing the order whenever possible.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, cancellations or changes may not always be possible after an order has been placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
